The site presents the services offered by Elevate Inside and allows visitors to submit inquiries or booking requests. Every service is subject to a tailored quote and a specific agreement prior to confirmation.

Inquiries sent via the forms are not bookings: they start an email conversation to build a personalized quote.

A booking becomes firm once the quote is accepted in writing and the indicated deposit is paid. Cancellation conditions, payment terms and refund policy are detailed in each quote.

Unless otherwise stated in the quote: cancellations more than 60 days before the experience receive a refund of the deposit minus expenses already incurred; between 30 and 60 days, the deposit is retained; less than 30 days, the full price remains due.

We strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance.

Activities (yoga, hiking, surfing, sailing, etc.) carry inherent risks. Participants confirm being in adequate physical condition and agree to follow instructors' instructions.

Elevate Inside cannot be held liable for damages arising from non-compliance with such instructions, force majeure, or the actions of independent partner providers.

All site content (text, images, logos, visual identity) is the property of Elevate Inside or its partners and is protected by copyright. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall fall under the competent courts of the registered office's location, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
